Misa runs the Oahu Fringe Festival -the new theatrical offshoot of the world famous Edinburg Fringe Festival. He is a keen supporter of international cultural exchange and has built a large network of performers and event management professionals on Oahu and across the Pacific. His largest role within the Isle 9 Collective is as Director of Theatrical Performance.
